Dr. Adams is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) and Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist (CSRS) with over a decade of experience in home-based and outpatient physical therapy. His clinical expertise lies in stroke recovery, neurological rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, gait training, and home safety assessments.

Yes. Medicare Part A and Part B both cover in-home physical therapy when ordered by a physician. NHome accepts Medicare. Contact (301) 531-4094.
Maryland allows direct access for the first 30 days. However, Medicare requires a physician order. We can help coordinate.
